JONDE and Ferrer-Salat Scholarships expand their reach in their 4th edition

In this new call, the program grows to a total of 43 scholarships, reinforcing its commitment to supporting young talent linked to the Joven Orquesta Nacional de España.

Specifically, 35 scholarships of €8,000 gross and 8 scholarships of €2,500 gross will be awarded to support the artistic development of JONDE musicians. To apply, candidates must submit a project or training proposal detailing the impact that receiving the scholarship would have.

The application period will be open from May 5 to May 25 (until 11:59 p.m., peninsular time). The Selection Committee appointed by JONDE and chaired by the Artistic Director of the Fundació Ferrer de Música, Raquel García-Tomás, will announce its decision at the end of June. The list of selected candidates will be published on the JONDE and Fundació Ferrer de Música websites.

At the Fundació Ferrer de Música, we continue working to support the growth and consolidation of emerging talent. We believe in music as a driver of social transformation and, for this reason, we renew this collaboration with JONDE once again—an institution that, since 1983, has played a key role in training musicians at the highest level in symphonic and chamber repertoire.

We encourage all members of the JONDE Instrumentalist Pool who meet the requirements to apply and take part in this new edition. We are committed to supporting new generations in their artistic and professional development.
