Organized by the Fundació Ferrer de Música, the Prize annually recognizes excellence and innovation in the creation of orchestral repertoire. From this edition onwards, the Prize expands its scope by introducing two new awards, reinforcing its commitment to supporting contemporary music creation and recognizing a greater number of composers. In addition to the First Prize, endowed with €100,000, this year's edition includes a Second Prize of €50,000 and a Third Prize of €25,000, bringing the total prize fund to €175,000.
